Mi Kling

Mi Kling

Material:
- Curly egg noodles 300 grams, brewed --

Complement:
- 1 bunch leaf lettuce --
- 75 grams of bean sprouts --
- Potatoes 1 fruit, large size, boiled and diced --
- 1 cucumber fruit, take the meat, diced --
- Know 1 fruit, diced, fried soft-boiled --
- 1 teaspoon chopped Celery --
- 2 eggs chicken eggs, boiled cut 4 sections --

Material sauce:
- 200 grams of peeled shrimp, chopped --
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped --

How to make:
1. Heat oil and saute garlic until fragrant.
2. Enter the shrimp, cook until the color changes.
3. Pour broth, bring to a boil.
4. Pour the cornstarch solution and cook until thick. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and lift.
5. Arrange noodles in bowls, stacking on top complement.
6. Flush with gravy. Serve with sambal chili sauce and lemon slices.
