Material:
- 200 grams of green shells --
- Basil leaves 20 sheets --
- 1 teaspoon lime --
- 2 teaspoons sugar sand --
- Salt to taste --
- 500 ml cooking oil --
- Water adequately --
Subtle seasoning:
- 2 cloves garlic --
- Red onion 4 cloves --
- 2 pieces of red peppers --
- Chili pepper fruits 3 --
How to make:
1. Poached oysters with salt until boiling. Remove and drain.
2. Heat 2 tbsp oil, saute the spice mixture until fragrant.
3. Beat in sugar, salt and lime juice and stir well.
4. Add mussels and basil, cook, stirring frequently, until the spices to infuse. Remove and serve.
